I cannot take from the product itself. It is very well made and has a lot that comes with it. Be mindful that NO batteries are included. I am satisfied with the quality. I did not have a good experience with shipping due to the supplier misleading me with the delivery date to make a sale. I was told that I’d get the product by a certain date and I got it almost a month later. She first said it was because of the holidays, then said it was because I missed a call from an unknown number that did not leave a VM. I returned the call within that same week. There was no accountability or compensation for that lie. The supplier simply lied to make a sale. Then when I received the 360, I was provided with the wrong plug, despite being asked specifically which plug I needed. The supplier tried to get me to purchase another product or buy an adapter myself instead of shipping the correct plug. I refused. Besides that, she was very responsive and accommodating.
